Secli Weinwelt
Introduction
The new head office of Secli Weinwelt in Buchs, Switzerland, not only combines office and production space but also comprises meeting rooms, a wine shop and event locations. A holistic business solution, which offers various possibilities to work, meet, connect and enjoy the time spent with partners, employees and clients sharing the passion of good wine.
Inside the building, approximately 130 m² of various CONTRAFLAM glass solutions from Vetrotech Saint-Gobain ensure maximum fire safety while enhancing the architectural aesthetics.
The round-shaped fire rated glass partitions connecting the production and meeting rooms, posed a significant design challenge in achieving both transparency and fire resistance.
Custom-engineered glazed fire doors, developed in collaboration with Forster Profile Systems, were installed to provide accessibility while maintaining fire protection for up to 30 minutes. Complementing these elements, strategically placed fire rated window enhance natural lighting and visibility without compromising on safety or performance.
