HiLo is pursuing the principle of "High Performance – Low Emissions“ and demonstrates a lightweight design, with its innovative construction and a self-learning building technology.
The Passau State Building Authority is located in the former headquarters of the Passau Finance Building Office that was built in 1988. The building complex consists of three pavilion-like office buildings that go up to four storeys high, with wood-and-glass façades made of self-supporting post-and-beam elements.
