The Passau State Building Authority is located in the former headquarters of the Passau Finance Building Office that was built in 1988. The building complex consists of three pavilion-like office buildings that go up to four storeys high, with wood-and-glass façades made of self-supporting post-and-beam elements.
The Riu Plaza and the glass cube added to its facade became an architectural eye-catcher in the close vicinity of the famous Ku’damm, bringing fresh light and colorful accents to the neighborhood.
