On/off privacy

This is a layered glass containing a liquid crystal film. The glass is opaque. When an electric signal is transmitted through the glass, the crystals become unidirectional, immediately causing the glass to become transparent. Interesting as a privacy or projection screen on e.g. super yachts, cruise ships and ferries.
